ABSTRACT
Abstract The MgO‐MoO 3 system shows significant potential for applications in microwave dielectric ceramics. However, the formation mechanism, crystal structures, and properties of this have not been systematically investigated. This work aims to comprehensively study phase transitions, compounds system. In particular, research delves into unexplored transformation mechanism from β‐MgMo 2 O 7 α‐MgMo MgMoO 4 . As a result, three exhibiting favorable successfully fabricated. These can be effectively sintered at temperatures ranging 685 900°C exhibited constants (ε r ) 5.41 6.89, as well Qf values 100 000 130 GHz. Additionally, prototype microstrip antennas are designed fabricated using ceramics substrates. obtained antenna's performance is excellent, with S 11 below −30 dB gain exceeding 6 5.8 GHz, highlighting developed practical devices.
