ABSTRACT
The main objective of this study was to evaluate the capacity wild mushroom extracts potentiate action standard antibiotics, through synergisms that allow a decrease in their therapeutic doses and ultimately contribute reduction resistances.Wild were applied different multiresistant micro-organisms (Escherichia coli, extended-spectrum beta-lactamase-producing (ESBL) E. coli methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), combined with commercial antibiotics (penicillin, ampicillin, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, cefoxitin, ciprofloxacin, cotrimoxazol, levofloxacin). Microdilution method used determine minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs). results obtained showed higher synergistic effects against MRSA than coli. Mycena rosea Fistulina hepatica best for MRSA. efficiency Russula delica extract 1 (resistant ciprofloxacin trimethoprim/sulfasoxazole) 2 acid ampicillin) Leucopaxillus giganteus extract; nevertheless, latter exhibited better ESBL coli. This shows that, similarly plants, some can extensively clinical practice Gram-positive or Gram-negative bacteria, positive even bacteria.Mushroom could reduce micro-organism's resistance those drugs.
