ABSTRACT
To investigate persons with dementia and their informal caregivers' views of inter-sectoral information, communication collaboration throughout the trajectory care, in eight European countries.Living being next kin to a person means having live through stages that have different characteristics, needs, challenges requirements.Qualitative research. Focus groups were conducted England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain Sweden.Persons caregivers (N = 137) participated focus group interviews during 2011. Content analysis generated tentative model for people caregivers, which was then tested.The core finding be focused on caregivers.
