ABSTRACT
Abstract Aims Chronic fatigue syndrome is an agnogenic disease worldwide. Nurses are at a high risk of chronic syndrome. However, no research has been done to examine the associations workplace violence, organizational support, and occupational stress with among Chinese nurses. This study aimed effects these factors on in this group. Design Cross‐sectional. All participants voluntarily completed questionnaire survey. Methods The was conducted Liaoning province from December 2017–January 2018. Self‐administered questionnaires were distributed 1,200 nurses, including Effort‐Reward‐Imbalance, Workplace Violence Scale, Survey Perceived Organizational Support, together age, gender, marital status, education levels, physical activities, job rank, monthly income, weekly working hours. Complete responses obtained 1,080 (90%) participants. diagnosed by doctors according Centers for Disease Control Prevention criteria. Multivariable logistic regression performed independent factors. Results prevalence 6.76%. results analysis showed that nurses who experienced serious higher levels overcommitment, violence less support more likely be classified as Conclusion There Lower lower overcommitment could effective resources reducing Impact related syndrome, which helped explain why suffered Overcommitment explained better than Effort/Reward Ratio, so intrinsic played critical role extrinsic sleep disorders impairment concentration memory.
