ABSTRACT
Abstract A previous study has demonstrated that Ganshuang granule ( GSG ) plays an anti‐fibrotic role partially by deactivation of hepatic stellate cells HSC s). In s activation, mammalian target rapamycin mTOR )‐autophagy important role. We attempted to investigate the ‐autophagy in effect . The cirrhotic mouse model was prepared demonstrate anti‐fibrosis High performance liquid chromatography HPLC analyses were used identify active component primary isolated and naringin added into activated observe its effect. 3‐methyladenine (3‐ MA Insulin‐like growth factor‐1 IGF ‐1) added, respectively, fully explore autophagy played through model. concentration highest markedly suppressed activation vitro , which suggested main caused not because autophagic but inhibition, supported following evidence: first, induced when blocked 3‐ attenuated or reversed. Second, inhibited pathway, meanwhile ‐1, conclusion, we have for inhibition indicating a potential therapeutic application liver cirrhosis.
