ABSTRACT
Lipid metabolism plays an important role in the repair of skin wounds. Studies have shown that acupuncture is very effective wound repair. However, there little knowledge about mechanism electroacupuncture. Thirty-six SD rats were divided into three groups: sham-operated group, model group and electroacupuncture with 12 each group. After intervention, local tissues collected for lipid metabolomics analysis, perfusion ferroptosis-related indexes detected finally effect on was comprehensively evaluated by combining healing rate histology. analysis revealed 37 differential metabolites shared groups, mainly phospholipids, lysophospholipids, glycerides, acylcarnitine, sphingolipids fatty acids, they could be back-regulated after The recovery blood faster than (p < 0.05). levels GPX4, FTH1, SOD GSH-PX, which are related to ferroptosis, higher ACSL4 MDA lower Electroacupuncture may promote improving inhibiting ferroptosis tissues.
