ABSTRACT
Abstract Objective Autophagy, which provides a mechanism for turnover cellular organelles and proteins through lysosome‐dependent degradation pathway, has been related to the pathogenesis of inflammatory disorders other diseases. Therefore, aim this research was study role autophagy in periodontal ligament stem cells ( PDLSC s) provide new strategy treatment or prevention periodontitis. Methods We used immunohistochemistry detect LC 3 expression PDL ) tissues from patients with (n = 20) without To further investigate autophagy, s were divided into three groups: H‐ s, P‐ I‐ s. The level evaluated by qRT ‐ PCR Western blot. 3‐positive points assessed immunofluorescence, autophagic vacuoles (AVs) observed transmission electron microscope. Results found higher gene autophagosome production periodontitis patients. Furthermore, there protein levels 3, Beclin‐1, Atg7 Atg12 also detected AVs activation may protect apoptosis. Conclusion results indicate that modulation novel therapeutic improve therapy.
