ABSTRACT
What is known and objective The blood concentration of tacrolimus can be affected by co-administrated drugs. to draw more attention herb-drug interactions in China, where herbal medicines are commonly used. Case description a girl with refractory nephrotic syndrome decreased nearly half despite no change dose. Nebulizer therapy, cyclophosphamide compound Chinese medicine were the only additional treatments than usual. new conclusion most possible cause decrease was administration Radix Astragali among granules.
