ABSTRACT
Risk factors for primary non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC) in organ transplant recipients (OTR) have been well described. Data subsequent NMSC and dynamics their occurrence OTR are limited. To study long-term risks of associated risk OTR.A retrospective single-centre cohort analysing medical records from a dermato-oncological specialty clinic.Of 464 110 (23.7%) developed at least one, 73 (15.7%) two 51 (11%) three during median follow-up 9.6 years. Cumulative incidences 5, 10 15 years were 14.7%, 23.5% 34.5% the first 75.8%, 86.5% 93.3% second. Median time-to-diagnosis declined 22 (95% CI 19-25) to 2 (1-3) about 1 year (0-2) first, second third NMSC. only partially related Histologic type predicted subtype NMSC.A post-transplant NMSC, particularly SCC, confers high arising with accelerated dynamics. Risk-adapted dermato-oncologic surveillance is advisable all OTR.
