This study aimed to evaluate the psychometric characteristics of Turkish version "Stress Scale for Siblings Childhood Cancer Patients (SCCP)". was conducted with 273 siblings aged 11-16 childhood cancer patients (SCCPs) who were treated in a hospital Black Sea Region Türkiye between March 2022 and April 2024. Data collected "The Sociodemographic Information Form" "SCCP". The data examined through descriptive statistics, as well exploratory confirmatory factor analyzes. SCCP is valid reliable scale consisting 27 items six sub-dimensions. explained 77.676% total variance. found be summable according Tukey's test additivity (p = 0.334), test-retest reliability r 0.864 < 0.05). indicate that instrument evaluating stress levels 11 16. With SCCP, nurses can determine SCCPs contribute planning necessary interventions cope stress.
