Abstract Objective The unavoidable extraction of teeth in the esthetic area can be overcome through different treatment modalities. Recently, immediate implants appeared as a minimally invasive approach to resolving these cases; however, implant loading is not always possible or indicated. In cases, an innovative customized healing abutments could used preserve soft tissue contour, eliminating need for reopening surgery and use provisional restorations condition mucosal contour. Clinical Considerations present cases describe simplified chairside placed after tooth anterior posterior areas order maintain contours while reducing clinical steps until delivering final restorations. Conclusions This technique seems effective guide around dental allowing natural emergence profile with implant‐supported restorations, number steps. Significance prepares prosthetic stage preserving its surgery.
