ABSTRACT
Here, we ascertained the clinical characteristics of Chinese patients with autoimmune gastritis (AIG) and determined correlation dietary lifestyle factors AIG occurrence development to establish a noninvasive predictive model for AIG. In this case-control study, enrolled 479 from seven independent centers nationwide in China; them, 279 had AIG, 112 chronic atrophic mostly antrum, 88 nonatrophic gastritis. Their data were systematically collected analyzed. Finally, multivariate logistic regression disease prediction was then established validated. Most middle-aged, older, female. larger amount cooking oil used per meal comorbid thyroid considered risk factors, diet rich vitamin B12 protective factor. We plotted receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve discovery validation cohorts, areas under ROC curves 0.72 0.74, respectively. addition, structure, eating habits, sleep quality, smoking status noted be correlated gastrointestinal symptoms complications, as well histopathological grades Dietary may predict populations related prognosis.
