ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT The Sapindaceae family, encompassing a wide range of plant forms such as herbs, vines, shrubs, and trees, is widely distributed across tropical subtropical regions. This family includes economically important crops like litchi, longan, rambutan, ackee. With the application genomic technologies in recent years, several genomes have been decoded, leading to an accumulation substantial omics data this field. surge highlights pressing need for unified center capable storing, sharing, analyzing these data. Here, we introduced SapBase, that is, Genome Database. SapBase houses seven published alongside their corresponding gene structure functional annotations, small RNA expression profiles, pathways, synteny block information. It offers user‐friendly features information mining, co‐expression analysis, inter‐species comparative analysis. Furthermore, showcased SapBase's extensive capacities through detailed bioinformatic analysis MYB litchi. Thus, could serve integrative resource platform scientific exploration Sapinaceae species studies with other plants.
