ABSTRACT
Abstract The actin cytoskeleton is the driver of gross ER remodelling and movement positioning other membrane‐bound organelles such as Golgi bodies. Rapid membrane a feature most plant cells important for normal cellular processes, including targeted secretion, immunity signalling. Modifications to through pharmacological agents Latrunculin B phalloidin, or disruption myosin function also affect structure and/or dynamics. Here, we investigate impact changes in on dynamics well return modified architecture cytoskeleton. By expressing markers that dynamics, ER‐shaping proteins influence architecture, found ER‐actin networks closely inter‐related; affecting one component likely have direct effect other. Therefore, our results indicate complicated regulatory machinery cross‐talk between these two structures must exist plants co‐ordinate network during multiple subcellular processes. In addition, when considering organelle choice marker essential preventing off‐target modifications.
