Descriptive data, Pearson's correlations, ordinal regression model analyzed. Findings Over half (52.5%) had ITLorg. Seven QWL dimensions significantly negatively correlated ITLorg ( r = −0.17 −0.37, p < .01). Significant predictors .05) (the pseudo R 2 0.282) being single, having diploma or lower educational level, working nonteaching hospital. Four dimensions—supportive milieu job security professional recognition, arrangement workload, home balance, nursing staffing patient care—were also not Conclusions This showed that individual‐related variables (being level), work‐related variable (working hospital), four play significant role After added regression, variance explained by more than doubled. Clinical Relevance To reduce ITLorg, administrators may offer focused interventions improve supportive care.
