ABSTRACT
Abstract Objectives This study examined the mediating effects of anger expression in relationship between work stress and burnout among nurses with more than or less 3 years career experience. Methods A cross‐sectional was conducted 454 working at three university hospitals South Korea. Nurses completed a survey consisting demographic questions, Maslach Burnout Inventory, Work Stress Scale, Korean version Anger Expression Inventory. multiple‐group mediation analysis performed using structural equation modeling. Results: In total (N = 454), directly affected burnout, all expressions indirectly burnout.
