ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to understand the mediating effect workplace incivility on relationship between nursing organizational culture and turnover intention among nurses.A descriptive survey used collect data. participants were 170 nurses with more than six months clinical experience at university hospitals or over 500 beds in South Korea.Data collected using self-report questionnaires. Collected data analyzed statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation. Baron Kenny's three-step hierarchical regression analysis Sobel test determine nurses' intention.This found a full association relationship-oriented (Z = -3.02, p 0.003) partial hierarchy-oriented 2.36, 0.018).This empirically confirmed that directly indirectly influenced intention, which highlights seriousness incivility.This suggests there is need establish concrete strategy avoid create culture. It important develop variety intervention programs reduce order prevent turnover.
