ABSTRACT
Coronary artery fistula (CAF) is one of the most common coronary anomalies. The fistulas originate from right and drain into heart structures. Due to variety fistulas, surgical treatment strategy individualized for each case. We report two cases giant aneurysmal CAF originating left circumflex artery. One case required bypass grafting, while other did not.
