A 36‐year‐old woman came to our observation presenting an abdominal nodule located in the right side umbilical area. Ultrasound wall showed two hypoechogenic nodules context and fine‐needle aspiration, performed guidance, confirmed diagnosis endometriosis. The patient underwent surgical excision lesions. Intraoperative localization was through ultrasonography. In case, essentially based on scan. Computed tomography magnetic resonance imaging were not performed. high‐resolution is simple, inexpensive safe method sufficient for indicating surgery. Furthermore, use intraoperative allowed adequate margins excision.
