ABSTRACT
Abstract A Wolffian tumor is a rare arising from the remnants of mesonephric duct. Herein, we report two cases. 61‐year‐old woman presented with swollen left adnexa. On T2 weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), 4.4 cm solid pelvic mass showed slightly high signal intensity, low‐signal‐intensity rim. Microscopically, cuboidal cells bland nuclei were arranged in dense tubular form. 40‐year‐old complained lower abdominal pain. MRI, 6.0 rim was found. The pathology resected similar to that case 1. Both cases diagnosed as tumor. rims tumors both composed eosinophilic spindle‐shaped immunoreactive alpha‐smooth muscle actin and desmin, identical smooth surrounding duct remnants. MRI findings reflecting might contribute an accurate preoperative diagnosis this
