ABSTRACT
Abstract Aim The aim of this study was to evaluate ovarian reserve after laparoscopic detorsion in patients with torsion. Methods From February 2014 September 2015, a total 11 torsion underwent detorsion. These were eligible for study, and assessed on serum anti‐Müllerian hormone (AMH) by antral follicle count preoperatively, postoperative months 1 3. Results Mean patient age 25.4 ± 5.5 years. Although mean the operated side slightly lower than contralateral at month postoperatively ( P > 0.05), 3 there no difference between sides 0.05). There significant change AMH level compared preoperative Conclusions Laparoscopic twisted ovary is safe procedure preserve function, does not impair according during course follow‐up.
