ABSTRACT
Abstract Aim Liver transplantation (LT) is the only effective treatment for end‐stage liver disease. Although pregnancy after LT considered to be safe, these patients are difficult manage obstetricians. In this study, we aimed determine maternal and fetal outcomes in pregnancies LT. Methods We conducted a retrospective review of transplant recipients who had received prenatal care delivered at İstanbul University Medical Faculty, Department Obstetrics Gynecology January 2010 2017. Results A total eight were identified during study period. Graft rejection patient delivery. Conclusion More favorable can achieved multidisciplinary team satisfactory counseling mandatory either preconception through reduce maternal‐fetal risks.
