ABSTRACT
Abstract Aim To evaluate the relationship between physiological and psychological stress on pregnancy outcome in women undergoing vitro fertilization‐embryo transfer (IVF‐ET) treatment. Methods Women first IVF cycle were enrolled to complete Self‐Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) Depression (SDS). Their blood samples collected 3rd day of menstrual measure 5‐hydroxytryptamine, renin, norepinephrine, angiotensin II cortisol. Salivary amylase was obtained embryo day. Results Compared with normal who came hospital for regular physical examination, incidence anxiety depression higher seeking After intervention, condition got improved 6.25% 7.81% separately these women. There no significant differences scores without pregnancy. The did show some statistically differences, nonpregnancy group. level norepinephrine cortisol not significantly different two groups, while salivary seemed be negatively correlated outcome. Simultaneously, a positive correlation found scores. Conclusion during has negative impact measurement might reference index status patients IVF‐ET.
