ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT Radiation myelopathy (RM) is a rare complication of spinal cord irradiation. Diagnosis based on the history radiotherapy, laboratory tests, and magnetic resonance imaging cord. The MRI findings may nevertheless be quite unspecific. In this paper, we describe diffusion tensor in case delayed form RM. We observed areas restricted within which probably corresponded to ischemic changes. This would concur with currently accepted pathogenetic theory concerning
