ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify the role that spiritual climate has in reducing burnout and intentions leave amongst clinical nurses.Both shortages high turnover of nurses are challenging problems worldwide. Enhancing can enhance teamwork, organisational commitment job satisfaction play a intention.A total 207 working at tertiary university hospital were included this cross-sectional, single-site study. Independent-samples t test ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis hierarchical regression used explore relationships related factors.Most departments showed moderate (60.24 ± 0.82) with (33.62 0.28) intention (2.37 0.57). A good was correlated (r = 0.412, p < 0.01), low -0.423, 0.01 r -0.292, 0.01, respectively). Spiritual could also indirectly influence nurses' (R2 10.31%).Different have different climates.
