Association between workplace bullying and nurses' professional quality of life: The mediating role of resilience

ABSTRACT
We aim to determine workplace bullying in relation the professional quality of life nurses and mediating role resilience between life.Workplace is an increasingly serious problem worldwide deleteriously affects occupational health nurses. However, it has not attracted adequate managerial attention.A cross-sectional study was conducted using a sample 493 clinical from two tertiary grade A hospitals Guangzhou, China. Data were collected through online questionnaire survey July 2020 analysed with structural equation modelling.Workplace had negative direct effects on Resilience mediated relationship life.Resilience protective factor that helps cope bullying. Managers can improve by reducing strengthening nurses.Managers must take measures prevent In addition, nurse supervisors should pay attention strengthen training help withstand pressure their life.
