We aim to determine workplace bullying in relation the professional quality of life nurses and mediating role resilience between life.Workplace is an increasingly serious problem worldwide deleteriously affects occupational health nurses. However, it has not attracted adequate managerial attention.A cross-sectional study was conducted using a sample 493 clinical from two tertiary grade A hospitals Guangzhou, China. Data were collected through online questionnaire survey July 2020 analysed with structural equation modelling.Workplace had negative direct effects on Resilience mediated relationship life.Resilience protective factor that helps cope bullying.
