ABSTRACT
To examine relationships between psychological capital, work engagement and organisational citizenship behaviour among nurses.Psychological are all positive variables associated with work. Clarifying the relationship can help nursing managers implement tailored effective intervention strategies to improve individual performance quality of care.A quantitative cross-sectional study was designed.The carried out from June 2021 September in Sichuan Province, China. A total 606 nurses working at six tertiary hospitals were selected convenience sampling. Participants investigated using demographic, work-related information questionnaire, Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire.The scores 102.56 ± 15.47, 67.96 21.71 101.57 11.57, respectively. The multiple linear regression model explained 7.3% variance related demographic factors. There a significant correlation nurses' behaviour. Additionally, structural equation modeling showed that mediated capital partial mediating effect 0.093. final 28% behaviour.Our results suggest both facilitators for nurses. Managers increase through developing improving engagement.This indicates protective factors behaviour, which provide proof optimizing human resources management psychology perspective.
