ABSTRACT
Abstract In the event of loss an implant and to take advantage preexisting structures, a rescue procedure that allows continuous use original fixed restoration during tripod support at level can be used. When nonphysiological occlusion forces are avoided, success rate this is very similar any other rehabilitation made following conventional protocol. Furthermore, fact patient has already adapted prosthesis position its vertical dimension results in easier functional adaptation postoperative period and, consequently, greater comfort.
