ABSTRACT
Abstract The digital fabrication of dental restorations on implants has become a standard procedure during the last decade. Avoiding changing abutments prosthetic treatment been shown to be superior traditional protocol. presented concept for implant‐supported single crowns describes approach without physical model from implant placement final delivery in two appointments. A 54‐year‐old man was provided with single‐tooth his left mandibular first molar. Before wound closure, position captured digitally an intraoral scanning device. After bone healing at time second‐stage surgery screw‐retained crown fabricated inserted. Soft tissue took place definitive restoration, avoiding abutment changes or cap. These led stable soft tissues minimum surgery. benefits and unique way scan right after give additional value that would not achieved by analog techniques. In addition financial it represents biologically advantageous, one‐abutment/one‐time customized screw‐retained, full‐contour cemented custom abutments.
