Abstract In full‐arch implant‐supported rehabilitation of patients with severe periodontitis, prediction lateral facial profile modified dental position remains a challenge, especially for protruded anterior teeth. This clinical report describes digital workflow to predict profiles and then guide the implant placement restoration fabrication.
