ABSTRACT
This article outlines a research agenda for Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining, two fundamental labor rights essential to the achievement “Decent Work” workers in global supply chains. The authors argue that SCM scholars are uniquely positioned address how workers’ freedom association collective bargaining chains could be improved. stems, part, from fact researchers industry practitioners share common “logic efficiency” analysis suggest three broad areas on bargaining, with their attendant methodological implications.
