ABSTRACT
Summary This prospective study was designed to evaluate whether early changes in actin‐free G c‐globulin levels were associated with complications and outcomes identify factors persistent low acute liver failure ( ALF ). Thirty‐two consecutive patients admitted from O ctober 2011 D ecember 2012 followed up until death or complete recovery. All had serum estimation at admission day three expiry. Logistic regression analysis performed independent predictors of mortality. A receiver operating characteristic curve also performed.
