Depression evaluated based on D iagnostic S tatistical M anual ental isorders, F ifth E dition DSM 5). Duration scores were subjected to log transformation because skewed distribution. Result Among 143 participating users, 25 (17.5%) had . significantly positively correlated (adjusted β [95% CI ], 0.21 [0.06–0.35] in log‐log model), which equaled 10% increase months ketamine‐use increased by 2.02 %. Female depression associated 0.20 [0.03–0.37], 0.49 [0.29–0.70], respectively log‐linear being 1.22 times higher female, 1.63 users Dosage not 0.04 [−0.12 0.20], P = 0.64 likewise diseases 0.07 [−0.08 0.21], 0.36 model). Conclusion longer exposure are development among users. Early evaluation intervention should be considered patients ketamine‐associated
