ABSTRACT
Abstract Reasonable maintenance plans are important for ensuring safe train operation and prolonging the service life of tracks. However, previous studies on scheduling optimization railway track possess following limitations. First, models generally operate at planning level with months as time units rather than days units. Second, they fail to consider bidirectional feedback dynamic impact between predicted condition scheduling. Third, actual on‐site strategies (e.g., opportunistic centralized maintenance) neglected. To address these issues, this paper proposes a novel operation‐level framework based segment considering both strategies. According problem characteristics, ae hybrid multi‐objective algorithm quantum‐behaved particle swarm was designed. Furthermore, by utilizing practical cases, effectiveness model verified via comparison MOPSO, NSGA‐II, NSGA‐III, Gurobi in different scenarios.
