ABSTRACT
Abstract Plant immune signalling activated by the perception of pathogen‐associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) or effector proteins is mediated pattern‐recognition receptors (PRRs) and nucleotide‐binding leucine‐rich repeat domain‐containing (NLRs), which often share cellular components downstream responses. Many PRRs are receptor‐like kinases (LRR‐RLKs), mostly perceive proteinaceous PAMPs. The suppressor G2 allele skp1 (SGT1) a core regulator required for activation NLR‐mediated immunity. In this work, we examined requirement SGT1 responses several LRR‐RLKs in both Nicotiana benthamiana Arabidopsis . Using complementary genetic approaches, found that not limiting early PRR‐dependent antibacterial We therefore conclude does play significant role bacterial PAMP‐triggered
