Results Among 61 included analysis the median time diagnosis 19 days. incidence first biopsy‐confirmed 18% reaching 52.4% follow‐up biopsies. During PP treatment 54% developed infectious complications. discontinued 37% due failure (no remission or graft loss) 26% an adverse event. All who event did not show response lost allograft. acute rejection 34.4%. incidences partial complete remissions were 16.4% 27.8%, Overall 6‐years patient survivals 90.7% 64.5%, Conclusion confirms low, variable unpredictable rate remission, inconsistencies among available therapeutic options its events, negative impact on survival.
