ABSTRACT
This report describes the clinicopathological findings of a solitary fibrous tumor (SFT)/hemangiopericytoma (HPC) central nervous system in 59‐year‐old man with space‐occupying lesions on both left anterior basicranial and top tail falx cerebri. The showed small quantities solid papillary areas prominent structure, where atypical cells were compactly arranged along fibrovascular core. components nuclear relocalization signal transducer activator transcription 6 protein, very high specificity sensitivity for diagnosis SFT/HPC. In literature, only three cases SFTs pattern have been reported, but this case complete pattern. “Papillary” SFT/HPC is rare morphological variant SFTs/HPCs, its differential among intracranial tumors an important factor which clinicians should bear mind during diagnosis.
