ABSTRACT
The aim of this investigation was to study the effects Runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2) on junctional epithelium and alveolar bone. The attachment level resorption bone were analyzed by histology scanning electron microscopy. expression amelotin determined immunohistochemistry, Western blot, real-time PCR. ultrastructure dentogingival interface observed transmission microscopy. The cKO mice demonstrated remarkable loss, epithelial hyperplasia, loss. relative protein mRNA increased in mice. apparatus showed ultrastructural deficiency.Loss Runx2 led defects may play a crucial role maintaining integrity junction normal structure bone.
