ABSTRACT
Objective To discuss the operative methods and curative effect of calcaneal tuberosity fracture. Methods A retrospective study was done to analyze 15 patients with fracture who received surgical management between J anuary 2008 une 2011. There were nine males six females, age ranging from 31 68 years (average, 51.4 years). All had unilateral acute injury, left foot in 7 cases right 8 cases. Necrosis skin soft tissue exposure happened patient, eventually healed 3 by debridement preserved peroneal artery perforator flap transplantation. Loss another revision surgery fixation again. Conclusion obvious displacement, whose tissues are irritated severely, emergency internal operation should be offered prevent necrosis flaps far possible. small fractures, it is advisable choose large diameter fixation, while may better fragments, especially those line extending joint.
