Cartilage defect is a common pathology still lacking unified treating option. The purpose of this retrospective study to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and clinical radiological outcome cartilage restoration knee joint with allogenic next-generation Matrix-Induced Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation (MACI) for first time, as well correlation between postoperative outcomes preoperative patient history demographics.From July 2014 August 2020, 15 patients who went through MACI were included in study.
