ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT Paced QRS duration ≥ 150 ms is associated with pacing‐induced cardiomyopathy (PICM). However, there no established method for conventional stylet‐driven pacing lead placement to achieve a narrow duration. We placed on the right ventricular inflow tract (RVIT) mid‐septum using manually shaped three‐dimensional (3D) stylet and three‐directional fluoroscopic guidance in 9 consecutive patients complete or advanced atrioventricular block normal left systolic function. The median paced was 140 (range, 122–153) ms, <150 8 patients. superior axis transitional zone of lead‐V5 lead‐V6 were most morphologies. RVIT mid‐septal 3D may reduce incidence PICM.
