ABSTRACT
Abstract During the COVID‐19 lockdowns in Netherlands, numerous solidarity initiatives emerged, providing relief to those affected by lockdown measures. These have an important added value for a society under crisis as they provide instant solutions timely, crisis‐related needs, strengthen connectivity between stakeholders and divide burdens of crisis. The durability these is however concern although literature on community‐based growing, there lack understanding how can sustain challenging dynamics major Using fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis 14 Rotterdam, this article explores whether conditions general (social capital, organizational resources, transformational leadership, government support) also apply during crisis, with special attention configurations context pandemic.
