ABSTRACT
Fulfilling educational needs in pain management should be a lifelong process, even involving physicians board certified medicine such as the anesthesiologists/pain therapists. The aim of study was to investigate Italian anesthesiologists' self-perceived competency, confidence, and interest attend programs relation their seniority management.SIAARTI members were sent an online questionnaire addressing following items: education, skills (both soft hard skills), technical expertise engaged participate between December 2020 January 2021. Participants rated competence based on range (no knowledge, competence) while agreement courses assessed using 5-point Likert-type scale.Less than one four participants declare dedicated activity with greater proportion among older (over 61 years) compared younger ones (31-40 years). Regarding cancer chronic noncancer positive gradient has been observed seniority.
