ABSTRACT
Abstract Condylomata acuminata ( CA ), or anogenital warts, are typically benign lesions caused by human papillomavirus infection. Although they rare, immunocompromised individuals at a higher risk of undergoing transformation into invasive anal squamous cell carcinoma SCC ). These patients need aggressive evaluation and management. Treatment is challenging, particularly for hosts, in whom warts resistant to treatment commonly recur. Currently, there no gold standard , especially children immunodeficient individuals. We report the case 15‐year‐old girl with severe recalcitrant condyloma that resolved after course systemic 5‐fluorouracil, mitomycin C, radiation therapy .
