ABSTRACT
Brucellosis is a multisystem disease that may present with broad spectrum of clinical manifestations and complications. Neurobrucellosis an uncommon serious complication pediatric brucellosis.We describe seven cases neurobrucellosis.Ataxia (one patient), diplopia patient) hearing loss were among the neurological signs symptoms. The most common diagnoses acute meningitis meningoencephalitis. Five patients fully recovered, one was lost to follow up other had as sequela.Neurobrucellosis should be kept in mind any or neuropsychiatric diseases who live endemic areas brucellosis.
