ABSTRACT
Abstract Objective To investigate the perceptions and experiences of health social care professionals concerning use technology for older adults during COVID‐19 pandemic. Design measures A phenomenological qualitative, exploratory, descriptive design using semi‐structured interviews. Sample Twenty Spanish workers in six cities between February July 2021, Results During pandemic have become more familiar with devices, but they also recognize certain barriers implementation technology, mainly nursing homes homecare, related to concerns lack humanization difficulties accessing these devices. Conclusion Politicians healthcare managers should be aware benefits techno‐care, reducing implementing it making funding further training available providers.
