ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to evaluate the self-control and problem-solving skills of nursing students, identify any influential factors in this regard.A descriptive cross-sectional design adopted for study, involving 473 undergraduate students. The data collection instruments were Personal Information Form, Self-Control Scale (SCS), Problem-Solving Inventory (PSI).The mean SCS score student nurses 22.54 ± 19.5, PSI 100.31 17.3. scores moderately negatively correlated. Gender found be a significant factor skills.Determining deficiencies through evaluation students before graduation can support them becoming healthier more successful candidates.
