ABSTRACT
Abstract This study aimed to investigate the effect of supplementation chitosan nanoparticles (CSNPs) on capacitation bovine spermatozoa during in vitro fertilization process. Hyperactivated motility (HAM) and acrosome reaction (AR) sperm cells as well cleavage rates are main parameters used estimate CSNPs spermatozoa's fertilizing ability. In this study, three different concentrations (10, 20 100 μg/mL) were prepared characterized. Motile separated from frozen–thawed semen by a swim‐up technique capacitated Sperm‐TALP medium supplemented with heparin only without treatment (positive control), + 10 μg/mL CSNPs, last one served negative control tube which adding heparin. Sperm incubated for 90 min at 39°C 5% CO 2 incubator evaluated every 30 intervals. Cumulus oophorus complex (COCs) matured inseminated bull above concentrations. The oocytes 24 h then examined evidence fertilization. results investigation showed that HAM AR best affected concentration an incubation time 60 min. As went on, overall proportion progressive (PM) decreased across all groups, substantially lower value was found dose mentioned above. Additionally, impact treated rate assessed. outcomes demonstrated comparison other (10 μg/mL), positive control, fertilized significantly higher (20 μg/mL). conclusion, it could be inferred support functions IVF can biomedical interventions spermatozoa. high achieved using enhance reaction.
