ABSTRACT
Melasma is an acquired, facial hyperpigmentation without a specific origin. It regularly associated with multiple etiologic factors such as pregnancy, genetic, racial, and from estrogen administration. Among the methods to treat skin series of bleaching agents have been used. At present, most commonly used agent known hydroquinone. Nowadays, it that hydroquinone can cause cancer in animals unknown relevance humans. In this work, Raman spectroscopy was observe presence 18 patients who under treatment for melasma.A significant increase signal observed six bands after melasma treatment. The authors believe monitoring may be useful optimal personalized provide specialist support tool control administration type agents.
