In recent decades, the construction industry has been widely criticized for its lack of efficiency and productivity, it shown that Malaysian records poor quality on projects. To overcome this issue, Technical Committee Quality Assessment in Construction with support Industry Development Board (CIDB) introduced System (QLASSIC). QLASSIC is a scoring system used to assess evaluate performance buildings. It based Standard (CIS 7:2006).
